It would be an understatement to say that the cupcakes went over well at last nights Christmas Eve dinner. After appetizers, bread, cheese, steak, cheese, potatoes, cheese, brussel sprouts, and wine wine wine, my elf sized family cleaned out the giant container of mini cupcakes.....I'm so proud of them.

Here's my giant face poorly displaying some amazing pistachio ice cream. My aunt Kit put us all to shame this year by making 4 different types of homemade ice cream, candied pecans, caramel sauce, and semi sweet chocolate sauce. mmmmm She's my new favorite family member. ;)
