Chocolate Pistachio!
I'm surrounded by so many cupcakes all the time that it's rare that one really blows me away anymore. This one definitely did the trick. Sure sure sure, I MIGHT have catered to my own tastes, but that's the beauty of being the baker and owner.......I always get what I want. ;)
The base of this cupcake is an incredibly moist rich chocolate cake that's been made with a healthy does of almond extract. It's topped with a very thin layer of vanilla frosting and then rolled in freshly roasted and chopped pistachios.

Ok, now that's a crime. It looks too good. Since I'm in Venezuela I'll try to make my own cupcakes now;)
