Carmalized Sugar

I've recently fallen back in love with caramelized sugar, I want to use it on everything, and what's a better excuse to use it than to make a Chocolate Caramel Cupcake for this years valentines day season.
So ladies and gentlemen, I'm happy to introduce to you the newest cupcake in the line up:

Chocolate Cupcake with Caramel filling, Chocolate Caramel Frosting, topped with a Caramelized Sugar Crown.
