I stumbled upon this website a couple months ago when rumors of banning salt were in the air, and thought I would pass it along to the blogosphere . Its a great resource for learning about the ridiculous ways the government is trying to regulate what we eat. If you have some spare time check it out, sign the petition, and spread the word. :)

I saw one of those billboards on Halsted in Chicago last summer and didn't ever check into the larger campaign. Scary!
