Morning world! I'm back....
This last month my amazing baker Sarah Haas left Kumquat to become manager at the new Crop to Cup cafe. I was super excited for her, but did not realize how much this would effect my work load.....yeeoza. It's been brutal, hence the no blogging.
So after weeks of working 13 hours a day, I'm very happy to say that Kumquat Cupcakery has a brand spankin new employee!! Ladies & Gentlemen may I introduce to you....
Megan SearsHere's megan getting a tiiiiiiiny bit messy with some chocolate.
Graduating from both the FCI and the School of Audio Engineering, Megan is professionally trained in both food and music. She makes a mean grilled cheese, plays the cello like a rock star, and just got engaged 2 days ago! It's all very exciting.
She will be with me in the kitchen most of the time, but on occasion might work at the flea. If you see her, say hello!
