Village Voice Choice Eats Event

(forgot to post this last night....oops!)
I just got back from the Village Voice Choice Eats event, and let me tell ya, it was pretty darn cool. I was down in the VIP section with people like Sam Mason from Dinner with the band, Fette Sau, and The Fatty Crab. We were put in our own little section in the basement so it was a more personal experience between the restaurants and the VIP's.
The VIP tasting ended right when the main event began so I was able to pack up and head upstairs to join the massive amount of people attending this crazy feast. I sampled as many little bites of heaven as I could until I felt slightly ill and then decided it was time to leave. All and all....a great night.
