Alright we go again...
First there was the Bacon Takedown, and no one believed that I could make a bacon cupcake worth eating. Yet it has now become the number one selling cupcake on my menu.
Now it's LAMB. Okay, even I'm a little skeptical at this point.
I have yet to actually make anything, but have a lot of ideas floating around in my head. Whether or not those ideas will actually work, well, we'll see. The really awesome thing about this takedown is that everyone gets 15-20 pounds free lamb to work with. Amazing! I chose the shank, so low and behold now I have 20 pounds of lamb shank in my freezer. good lord. what am I going to do with all of it?

I spent all night making a very top secret sauce that my dear mother has made time and time again over the years. This sauce is incredible. It takes about an hour to make and has 10 different ingredients in it. I would drizzle it over anything. I'm hoping it will be the magic touch to my lamb cupcake.
