This last Saturday we set up a full range up Kumquat Cupcakes at Forge Restaurant in Tribeca. Since there were so many different flavors (12) I decided to set them up in a gradient going from Vanilla on top to Chocolate on the bottom.

Wow. This is basically nearly all the flavours offered by Kumquat. I love the way you arrange them in gradient. Never thought of that. Really cool.
