Here's a set up from a wedding we catered last Saturday. I was a little nervous about the heat, but under the shade of the trees the cupcakes seemed to hold up perfectly. The wedding was held waaaaay uptown, around 190th st., at New Leaf Cafe. A beautiful restaurant placed right smack dab in Fort Tryon Park.
