I just got word that Kumquat Cupcakery has officially been added to the list of competitors in the Bacon takedown!!! Apparently, we were able to woo over the organizer Matt Timms with our fancy video blogging. sweet. 
I am now on the search for the perfect bacon to add the to cupcakes......stay tuned.....

Good luck! My favorite bacon pick is Eagle Provisions 5th Ave & 18th St, Brooklyn. They cure it themselves. Yummy!
