Tastings NYC

I had an amazing time this last weekend at Tastings NYC! Being the first trade show Kumquat has gone to, I felt a tiny bit like an underdog walking into Pier 94. Although after the doors opened it was clear that we were very welcome. Throughout the 3 days we managed to go through 8,000 cupcakes! We also got to meet big wigs like Jacque Torres, and Michael Salmon, both of whom highly enjoyed the Coffee Caramel Bourbon cupcakes. I also loved meeting the faces behind companies like Tavalon Tea, and Fizzy Lizzy.
