Because of the newly acquired burn on my nose and cheeks, I'm going to delve into my inner surfer boy and say that yesterday at the Brooklyn Flea Market was totally aaawwesome! I learned from last weekend and brought twice as many cupcakes, which allowed me to hang out and talk to you fabulous brooklynites for twice as long.
I even got the chance to meet the fine folks at Brown Bag Industries, who turned out to be soooo sweet, and their goods were even sweeter! After watching dozens of people walk by eating the messiest gooiest brownie my eyes have ever seen, I waited for a break in the crowd to bolt over to their stand and snag one just for myself before they sold out. It was so good! I only let Matt (my lovely assistant) have one bite before gobbling down the whole thing. Next time I've got my sites set on the woopie pie.
