My new favorite cupcake is quickly becoming the Apple Cinnamon. After many mutations of the recipe, I think I finally nailed it. These cupcakes are perfectly dense and moist, with little chunks of apple on the inside, and a beautifully fluffy cinnamon frosting on top.
I'm not sure if it's the 2 cups of brandy I put in the recipe, but something about these little guys makes me all warm and fuzzy inside.
