I had way too much fun yesterday at the curry takedown. It was such a beautiful day, and the setting was absolutely perfect. Gorging myself on curry and beer at 1pm is my kinda Sunday.
Matt Timms helps set up the contestants set up their stations
soooo many yummy dishes. My favorites included a noodle thai curry from Melissa at Forkthis.blogspot.com and a Japanese dish that consisted of fried bacon topped with a green curry and pickles.
All finished up and writing down the final results.
