Banana Cupcakes

I'm desperate for spring to get here.  Even though I know that Spring in NY only lasts for about two weeks, and that two weeks is followed by what seems like years of hot muggy weather, I don't even care.  I'm so excited, and I think it's starting to creep into my cupcakes.  I can't seem to stop making my cupcakes into cute little flowers.  Here's just one example.....

Banana Creme Cupcakes

These banana cupcakes are so simple and yummy.  They remind me of the banana milkshakes I used to make every single day of summer vacation when I was young.  *sigh*
